-How long does your delivery take?

Delivery takes between 1-4 days for Lahore and 3-7 days for other cities.

-What is your Return/Exchange Policy?

Exchange, Credit & Refund Policy

We offer exchanges or store credit only if the product is not as advertised.

Due to recent tax deductions charged by the courier in addition to delivery fees, these charges will not be included in your replacement/Return Balance.

For any exchange request, the customer must send the parcel back to our team’s provided address. Please note that return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.

All exchanges must be coordinated via email at importedthrifting@gmail.com. Claims and exchange requests may take up to 2 weeks to process.

We carefully handpick, curate, and thoroughly inspect all products before shipment. However, in rare cases where a defect is missed during our quality check and identified upon delivery, customers may request a refund.

We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.

-Where is your Outlet?

We plan to open an outlet in Lahore soon. We will definitely notify on our socials and our website.

-How accurate are your colors?

Please note that the colors displayed on the website may vary slightly from the actual product colors due to differences in monitor calibrations and lighting conditions. We work hard to ensure accurate representation, but we cannot guarantee exact color matching.
