Exchange, Credit & Refund Policy
We offer exchanges or store credit only if the product is not as advertised.
Due to recent tax deductions charged by the courier in addition to delivery fees, these charges will not be included in your Replacement/Return Balance.
For any exchange request, the customer must send the parcel back to our team’s provided address. Please note that return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
All exchanges must be coordinated via email or Whatsapp at importedthrifting@gmail.com / 03260404696. Claims and exchange requests may take up to 2 weeks to process.
We carefully handpick, curate, and thoroughly inspect all products before shipment. However, in rare cases where a defect is missed during our quality check and identified upon delivery, customers may request a refund.
We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon arrival. If the item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
